The eye goes to the oil drop first. A white circular emblem sits high on the navy front panel, the word OILERS stretched across it in tall, elongated letters, an orange droplet resting above them like a signature.
Design Story
What makes the composition work is restraint. The navy crown gives the white badge room to breathe, while the orange brim answers the droplet at the opposite end of the cap, bracketing the design in team colour. A smaller secondary emblem on the left panel, a skyline and crossed sticks over the words EDMONTON OILERS, adds a second reading without competing for attention. Hierarchy is clear: big badge, quiet support, strong colour block.
Wear & Styling
The structured high front crown holds the circular logo flat and upright, so the lettering stays legible from across a room rather than curving away. The flat brim keeps the silhouette clean and geometric, letting the colour split between crown and brim do the visual work. It reads as game-day headwear and everyday streetwear with equal ease.
A cap that states its allegiance calmly, and lets the colours carry the rest.
